The company did the epoxy flooring for Pulte before I moved into the home, and it came with a 5 year warranty.  The floor coating started to bubble like a bad manicure.  After a bit of a shaky start (including a heartfelt apology from their front desk) this company came thru with flying colors.  They sent out Juan immediately who listened intently, looked and the flaws and immediately contacted Dale the owner who said basically take it all off and start again.  Within the week Juan and his crew were there and have totally refinished the garage floor.  It looks great and Dale and company have earned the 5 star.
Two things to keep in mind:
1.  YOU are responsible for clearing everything off the floors and out of the garage.

This company gets five stars from me! They installed a garage floor in my previous house 20 years ago. They were excellent then and they’re excellent now. The estimating process was quick and simple. I had a three car garage done with full chip and then a 6800 sq ft hangar with just epoxy.   The guys did a great job on both. I think what speaks more highly about them is that there was a problem in the hangar with some touch up spots, and they came out the next day and re-coated the whole floor to make it right.  I did not request that, but the owner and the crew felt that was the best way to leave us with the best results.   The floor looks amazing!!
